I'm Elijah Langhorne

I’m the founder of ForgePoint Consulting, where I work with business owners to improve how their companies actually produce revenue.

Before that, I built and operated a service business that grew quickly—but like many businesses, it relied heavily on me. More work didn’t create more freedom, and growth started to create pressure instead of progress.

The turning point came when I stopped chasing more and started fixing what was already there—pricing, customer value, referrals, and how the business was structured to operate.

As those changes took hold, revenue increased, margins improved, and the business became more predictable and easier to run.

Now, I help other business owners do the same—identify where their business is leaking revenue, correct it, and build something that performs without requiring constant effort.
