Your Forge Enrollment secures your industry-exclusive seat inside Houston’s first FRAP Chapter and covers the foundational setup required to fully integrate you into the room and implementation systems. This includes onboarding, business intake and diagnostic review, account and software setup, access to the ForgePoint implementation ecosystem, AI-powered tracking and support systems, member resource library access, and your individual orientation session.
During onboarding, we’ll establish your baseline business metrics, identify your current operational constraints, and begin building your customized implementation path using the FRAP Framework (Frequency, Referrals, Average Ticket, and Pricing).
