Small Business Christian Alliance
Faith that shapes how you lead, work, and serve.
A Christian community for business owners and professionals who want integrity, conviction, and excellence to mark the work they do every day.

Where this began
Some callings arrive before the plan does.
Elijah Langhorne received the vision for the Small Business Christian Alliance long before he knew how to build it. He carried it for a season he calls being "pregnant with purpose."
After moving to Houston, the first seed took root: the Faith & Business Roundtable. A room where business owners could open the Bible together, bring their real challenges to the table, and pray for one another.
The Roundtables are the seeds.
The Alliance is what they're growing into.
The vision
Three things, held with equal weight.
Discipleship
Growing as followers of Jesus Christ, at home, at work, and in every decision in between.
Community
Christian fellowship where business owners and professionals encourage, challenge, and support one another, and nobody has to carry the weight alone.
Kingdom impact
Seeing your business, your career, and your influence as places to serve God and the people around you.
Who it's for
Built for Christian business owners. Open to anyone who's seeking.
SBCA is unapologetically Christian. Every conversation is grounded in the Bible, and we won't pretend otherwise.
But the door is open. If you want to see more integrity, character, and conviction paired with the excellence entrepreneurship demands, whether you've followed Christ for decades or you're still exploring, you're welcome at the table.
The Faith & Business Roundtable
Where the Alliance comes to life.
Roundtables are gatherings hosted across Houston that bring together biblical teaching, honest conversation, and prayer. At the heart of each one is the Hot Seat, where business owners bring a real challenge to their circle and leave with insight, prayer, and support.
They're free to attend, and we'd love to bring one to your church or group.
Founded by Elijah Langhorne
Elijah is a U.S. Air Force veteran, business owner, and follower of Christ who has spent years in the tension between building a business and staying faithful in it. SBCA is the community he wished he'd had.
